Seedling
You run a handful of forms and read every response yourself. Three active forms and 100 responses a month covers a signup page, a feedback form and an event RSVP.
Outgrown when: a fourth form, or a branch02
Garden
Your forms need to fork on answers and wear your brand on your own domain. Applicants see only the questions that apply to them, and 5,000 responses a month leaves real headroom.
Outgrown when: more than one person reviews03
Orchard
You run an application program. Several reviewers split the pile, security wants SSO, and someone will eventually ask who changed a score. Audit logs answer that one.

What exactly am I billed for?
Q01 / Charge
One flat annual price for the plan you pick: $129 for Seedling, $249 for Garden, $359 for Orchard. Not per seat, not per form, and nothing added for going over a number you’d already been warned about.
When does the charge happen?
Q02 / Timing
The day you start, and then once a year on that same date. Every plan is billed annually, so there is no monthly invoice to forget about.
Can I change plans mid-year?
Q03 / Moving
Yes. When your forms outgrow a plan, you’ll see it in the usage panel first. Email us and we’ll move you up so the new limits apply right away.
How do I cancel?
Q04 / Exit
Switch off renewal from your workspace settings, or email the address in the footer. Your forms keep running until the end of the year you paid for, and you can export every response as CSV before you leave.
What happens to my responses if I stop?
Q05 / Data
They’re yours. Export them any time from the Responses tab. Nothing is held back as leverage.
